Winter is back in Incline Village

Just when we were cruising into Spring this huge winter storm rolls  through and it’s still snowing.What a reality check.The local real estate market  is off to a weak start with 10 homes selling year to date, 6 over $1million and $4 under $1million.  10 homes in escrow at a variety of price points,7 under $1million,3 over $1million.

Condos sales are similar with 8 sold so far this year ,1 over $2.2 million ,the over 7 under$750,000.

Freestanding condos,3 sales under $755,000.and 1 in escrow.

There are deals to be had. We had 3 offers with 24 hours on listing , condo at Village Highlands #17,once the price was reduced to $725,000. Last sale #1 at $895,000, and #6 $740,000.
