Are you and idiot to keep paying your mortgage?

Have a look at the Kathleen Pender article that appeared in the 11/16/2008 edition of the SF Chronicle . Introducing two programs offered by the FHA to help homeowners get more affordable mortgages. Wow things sure have changed as a result of this mortgage melt down,  ”they encouraged people to overstate their income to get a bigger loan…now they encourage them to understate their income to qualify for a smaller loan.” Very interesting times!  We welcome your comments on this hot topic.
