What’s selling in Incline…well very interesting ,of the 8 homes that have closed since the New Year 7 are located above highway 28.The most expensive being 600 Tyner a 6000’new build with panoramic views, closing at $3.6m and 72% off the original list price of $4,995,000. visit: www.tahoeinclinere.com for more updates.
The only low elevation property was 88 Shoreline circle which had been on the market for a few years, most likely house will be torn down. Selling price $2,050,000…for a lot on a very prestigious street, tucked below lakeshore.
Now what’s interesting is there are currently 6 homes in escrow,5 of which are above highway 28,and the only one below the highway and close to the Lake is 620 Martis Peak a beautiful 7000’+ new build with Lakeviews.
So, Buyer’s are buying, just slowly. There are certainly opportunities in today’s market and it’s not necessarily the bank owned properties or the short sales.
